Shitate — the Japanese word for tailoring — is Enabler's AI lab. It re-tailors open-weight models with the Japanese language and the knowledge of real organizations. Speaking fluently and being able to work are different skills, so we measure whether a model can work in Japanese ourselves, and publish the results.

Every synthesized line is listened back and checked; if a reading breaks, it is fixed before it is delivered. Your own voice, and it lands.

Consent, and returns

Registering a voice starts with the owner's consent. Each time someone uses that voice through teai for a paid call, 80% of the revenue goes to the voice's owner. AI can call it too, via MCP.
